Me for sure. I've spent the last 3 years trying to clean up DH's credit. He's no longer allowed to have credit and debit cards :P

I'd say we're equal. H actually pays the bills and balances the checkbook, but we both know our spending limit and stick to it.

I'd also say both of us. H set up a budget in excel and we both have access to it through dropbox and we both manage it pretty well. We are trying to pay off our remodeling debt right now, so we haven't really been doing any extra spending. If one of us wants to buy something more than $100, we talk about it first.

Most def me. I plan everything, H does everything on the fly and is lax about paying on time. H credit was crap so I tried to help him fix it but he has messed it up again. I wasnt very happy about it.

We're both pretty darn good, but I'm usually a little bit better. I'm in charge of making sure everything's paid, etc. We've both built up to excellent credit, as we had none when we started dating since we were both 18.
