55 Great Books Under 200 Pages

Anyone read any of these? I've read a few. I didn't realize most of these were such short books.

Re: 55 Great Books Under 200 Pages

  • I read Sense of an Ending last year. It was pretty good, although a little confusing.

  • I love _Kitchen_ (often paired with _Moonlight Shadow_.)  I remember being thrilled when Perkins mentioned it in _Anna and the French Kiss_.

  • I loved Charlotte's Web when I was younger. Hated Lord of the Flies. I'm interested in the Neil Gaiman book on there though. I think a bunch of people on here have read it.

I thought the same thing. I definitely don't think it belongs there.

  • For school I had to read: Lord of the Flies, My Side of the Mountain, and The Time Machine. I did not like Lord of the Flies, made me sick to think about it (this was in like 7th grade). The others I liked. I have read for fun: Where the Sidewalk Ends, and Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy both are really good too. I have actually read the whole Hitchhikers series, they are funny sci-fi books with a strong British sense of humor. The funny thing is I didnt realize any of them were so short. It seemed like Lord of the Flies went on forever, and the others I enjoyed and didnt think they went by that fast.
