Nothing too exciting happening this weekend. I get off at 6 tomorrow and I'm making potato tacos for dinner. Kind of looking forward to that :P
Nothing exciting happened this week.
This weekend DH has a softball tournament. My parents are at the WI state fair showing this weekend. I'm home all weekend taking care of the farm. Hopefully I can make it to at least one of Josh's games. He's such a good sport about my goat shows, so I try to go to as many games as I can. It will be a rather tame weekend.
This week was the first week that we slept at the house. We still don't have a bed yet though since we are getting a new one. DH has been sleeping on the couch while I sleep on the air mattress. We are also turning in out keys today to the apartment. I am so happy to be done with that place.
As for the weekend, DH is working tomorrow and I will be home waiting for the mattress to be delivered. We also have a BBQ at my parents to go to. Sunday we have no plans but to do more work on getting the house set up.
Tomorrow we have a wedding to go to in Brooklyn, im leaving the baby with my mom and i will probably worry the whole time im at the wedding, not that i dont trust my mom i just will worry!
No plans for Sun, i think H is going to a side job he signed on to do. The extra $ is nice but he already works 40 hr weeks, OT on most Saturdays to get this job done, two online masters classes and he has no time management...i may kill him soon!
Also, I made the spinach recipe Ystaalenburg recommended on Tuesday and H and I both liked it even though I didn't put in enough spinach. We have a correction for next time
Sunday we're going to H's parents' house for his cousin's surprise 40th birthday party. Her birthday is in a few months, but her H doesn't want her to suspect. ILs are hosting because his cousin's air conditioner broke. It'll be fun to see family and the weather should be beautiful.
Tonight we may rent the Hobbit. I'm not into it, but H is. I tried a few times to see it in the theaters, but he said no every time. He's been so amazing and accommodating to me, I want to do something about him. I'll probably go to redbox before he gets home from work so H can't say no. Tomorrow we're going to something, but we're undecided. It's supposed to be beautiful with no humidity, I am so excited!
This weekend, we have a vow renewal/reception on Saturday. And Sunday is my niece's first birthday party! We still have a lot to do for that!
No big news this weekend. Going to fiesta on Sunday, so that will be fun.
