...my coworker was very whinny and cranky today. And my boss wasn't making it better. Ugh. That and my manager and district manager both told me I couldn't go part time so I can take more credits this semester. Bleck,.
and this mood I'm in. Maybe I'm overly tired. Everything just makes me wanna cry. Augh.

When we tried to get Joy's line moved over from her uncle's plan, there was an upgrade available on it. The Verizon people called her and put us on a three way and she told the Verizon people she didn't know who Mark was and didn't know who Joy was. Then they ran out and did an upgrade on Joy's line, then turned the line over.
She texted yesterday saying she was in a noisy restaurant and thought it was a sales call.
I'm sorry, but first of all, I was on the phone. She didn't sound like someone who thought it was a sales call. Also, I find it way too coincidental that she just happened to go out and do an upgrade on the line the day after that phone call was made.
It's just one of those hollow "well, I tried to apologize" apologies.
