Thank you.
Note: This only affects The Nest's community members and will not affect members on The Bump or The Knot.
I saw this last week on another board and thought it would be a good question...
Have you ever or would you ever bring food from somewhere else into a sit down restaurant?

Re: QOTD 8/12
Other than cake? No, I understand why people bring their kid's food. I have a friend that has a kid with Prader-willi syndrome and is on a strict calorie diet. She would be one that will probably have to bring food into restaurants for a good chunk of her life. Minnesota doesn't have to disclose calories on the menu like some other states do, so that makes it hard for her to eat out. For the majority of the population I think it's not ok to do that though.
This. I know people that have done it at fast food places but never at a sit down place.
There are only two potential times when this is acceptable, IMO. One is in the case of severe dietary restriction, and the other is infants on baby food or breastmilk/formula.
