What's for dinner? It is only noon here but I know I need to start thinking about something...
DH insisted that we buy this giant pack of chicken drumsticks and they need to be cooked or frozen like now but I have no idea what to do with them! I am thinking maybe shake and bake? How long do chicken legs take to bake and what temperature?

Shake n bake is good. I'd do 350 for 20min? After that I use a meat therm to make sure it's done.
Do you own a crock pot?
We don't have a meat therm which is another reason why I am iffy with cooking them. We are going into town this evening so maybe I will pick one up.
I want to get a small crock pot for side dishes and another big one because mine boils on low but hardly keeps it warm on warm. My Mom has the same one and it is exactly the same way.
