I followed the same bedtime routine that I always do, stopped eating around 8pm, then watched some tv until a little after 10pm and crawled into bed. I was so exhausted so my bed felt super comfortable last night. I fell asleep sometime between 1030 and 11, then woke up like I do every night around 230am. I guess that's when little miss likes to play.
Well this time I woke up and my throat was burning like it was on fire! I almost threw up it was so awful. I just can't catch a break from acid reflux.

At least Tums helped, but I almost threw up trying to get them down. And now I'm exhausted and don't want to go to work.
Re: Terrible Night Sleep :(
Hope you figure out something to give you some relief!
