    I am doing pretty well finally saw some slow movement on the scale

    Any new work outs or food finds lately?

    I been doing Yoga and Ballet Bod once a week each, Ballet bod is the hardest thing I ever did you just are so sore after but its an addiction. Through work, I signed up to meet with a nutritionist 6x for free so I met once so far, it was awesome! She gave me a ton of good ideas and using them I finally was able to see a drop.

    What are your goals for the next few months?

    Hoping to add more cardio because I think it will help with the scale and keep eating healthy 

    How will you continue to work out during the fall/winter months?

    The same thing, I dont like running or anything so Im not outside anyway

  • Ummm... I've been terrible. This week has probably been the worst, I don't think I've packed my lunch once.  

    I also haven't done zumba in a few weeks. I keep telling myself I either have to start that back up or get my @$$ up in the morning and get on the treadmill.

    So my goals are to get back on track. Eat less ice cream and start working out again. The good thing about the treadmill and zumba, is that they're both outside, so I won't have to adjust my routine come the fall & winter.

  • I've gone paleo, as I've needed a way to control myself. I've lost some weight, nothing significant yet, because I went crazy for a few days. I do feel better and my skin has cleared nicely. I don't eat dairy, grains, packaged crap, or drink sodas/juices. I pretty much only drink water.

    I've been taking walks at night and lifting some weights, plus sit ups, crunches, and push ups. I need more, and will go back to doing p90x soon.

    I'm hoping to get some fall bike riding in and do some mtn biking. Hoping for some snow to go snowshoeing and maybe skiing.
  • How are you all doing? Doing ok! Starting to eat more "normal" foods instead of whatever I can keep down.

    Any new work outs or food finds lately?Nothing new. I need to start walking more! I made my favorite, easy, yummy soup yesterday and I packed it for lunch!

    What are your goals for the next few months?To walk more. Now that it's more comfortable outside and not 90 degrees at night, I should be able to get this done!

    How will you continue to work out during the fall/winter months? I'll probably switch to work out videos when it's too cold to go outside.

  • How are you all doing? Right in the middle of "I'm gonna puke....psychhh, I just feel like i'm gonna puke for hours on end without puking.." So not really doing much except trying to excist at the moment. Hopefully this passes and I can figure out a new plan.

    Any new work outs or food finds lately? na, eating whatever doesn't disgust me at the time, and sticking to what I know for workouts while pregnant.

    What are your goals for the next few months? I still got my 5k's coming up...one is in a week and a half and the other is in a month...so to run most of them, or at least to stay active enough to run part of them.

    How will you continue to work out during the fall/winter months? truth be told...I probably won't...winter is always a bad time for me in the fitness department. I hate gyms and its too cold to run outside, to canoe, or to do most the activities I enjoy in the summertime. Not to mention I'll be pregnant (hopefully) until April...so as long as I get walking and stretching in, that's probably going to be it for me over the winter.
