Intro and yay to my small victory!
Hi everyone. I have been lurking around this board for a little while and wanted to introduce myself. FI and I are 26 and working really hard right now to pay off debt and save up for our future. I left graduate school with a master degree and 125k in debt so as you might imagine I have an insane student loan payment each month. FI has his own debt too. It's daunting, but we are very focused on paying back our debt and getting financially on track. Just wanted to introduce myself and say that I'm already learning a lot from this board! Oh and this month my total student loan balance dropped below 120k so I'm beyond ecstatic (I know still a long way to go, but it feels really good right now)!
