Right now I am doing anything to keep myself from going next door and getting a Chipwich Ice Cream Sandwich!!! I tried to trick my body but making a cup of coffee but it only eased the craving a little.

Surprisingly nothing right now. Usually this is the time of the day that I'm craving every bit of junk food that appears in my desk drawer.
Not sure if it's because I'm wrapped up in a big work project and have music going, and that's keeping my hunger at bay.
