Talk to me about tastefully simple :) I know it is against TOS to sell on here but I have been seeing TS everywhere and just want to know more about it.

  • Here's a link to my website:

    www.tastefullysimple.com/web/bmaupin

It's easy to prepare food that only takes 2 ingredients or less. I love it, because I can make something quick and easy for dinner and it not be takeout.  We offer at home tasting parties, catalog parties, fundraisers, etc.  I started selling it 4 years ago, because I wanted the discount on the products and something to do at night while H was working a night shift. Now we use it at least once a day in our cooking, and we went to Cancun last year on TS's dime and I paid cash for our honeymoon to Dominican with the income. It's sort of our "extras" money.

Not sure if I've said too much to be against TOS policy, but I figured I would post it here in case anyone else was wondering what it was.  Feel free to ask any questions you have.

  • We have 2 collections that are awesome for quick dinners. There's the TS Tonight collection that gives you all of the products, grocery lists, and labels to make 10 freezer meals.  You just purchase the meat and pastas on the grocery list and put these together ahead of time and freeze them. This took me about 2 hours altogether on a Sunday afternoon.

Then there's the Fix it Fast collection that is meals in 30 minutes or less.  These you make the day of, and can purchase your extra ingredients from the store as you go. This one also makes 10 meals.

I split each of these meals in half and get 20 meals out of each collection. Since most of the recipes call for 4-6 chicken breasts or 1.5lbs of ground meat.  I also use all lean meats and whole grain pastas in them.  Any of them that calls for sour cream, I also use greek yogurt instead.  So you can definitely make them healthier, and I have yet to try a recipe that we didn't like.

It isn't on the website yet, but they just introduced a gluten free line that will be coming out on the 29th. Which I'm pretty excited for!  Also, any of our dips you can use greek yogurt in place of the sour cream, and our cakes you can use applesauce in place of the butter. All of these variations are listed on the side of the box or on the website under the product information. You can also use fat free or light versions of the ingredients if you prefer those.

  • Chiming in-they have the best Beer Bread ever! I have never had anything that I didn't like!

  • If you are looking for more meal type items, then I would suggest one of those 2 collections. If you're looking for a little bit of everything then The Perfect 10 collection gives you a wide variety and the most bang for your buck. If you don't want to spend that much, then there's The Essential 4 collection that gives you 3 of our seasonings (that can be made into dips) and a 3 pack of the beer bread.

There are also thousands of recipes on the website.  You can plug in what product you have, and "chicken breast" and it will give you all of the recipes using those 2 items.
