As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

We put in an offer, then we countered. And we went with their counter offer! I am so excited. We almost have a cute little home on the lake! Right now we are just waiting for our loan officer to assign us a VA appraiser. If all that goes well, then we get our inspection and if all that goes well we are good to go! We have been looking for a home for a while, and we have missed out on so many homes. This is the closet that we have ever gotten. I am so excited!
