    Tonight we're going to a Mayoral Candidate forum, tomorrow is the annual German American Festival and then Saturday the bachelorette party for the wedding I'm MOH in.

    I feel like the weekend is just going to FLY by..

    Dang! I bet it will fly by... But it sounds fun! Sometimes it's nice to be so busy.  Do you know what you're doing for the bachelorette party? Just a night out or anything in particular?

    We're going out for a nice dinner then maybe a couple bars afterwards via pedi-cabs.  I'm trying to think of fun games that don't require the bride to be very outgoing as she isn't and also not a heavy drinker.

    That sounds fun, though. Honestly, I never understood getting super drunk during a bachelorette party.. if it were me, i'd want to remember it!

    Do you guys have somewhere you can go to play games? If she's not very outgoing, she might not go for it, but I'd look into playing Cards Against Humanity.  It's my FAVORITE thing to play with my girlfriends, or anyone who has a pretty lenient sense of humor, because it's pretty vulgar but hilarious. It's like a dirty version of apples to apples.

    Tonight - Going home to try the chicken and dumplings recipe currently cooking in the crockpot. I hope it's not burning. :P

    Tomorrow - As stated I am spending the day kid & husband free at home doing nothing which is extremely exciting to me.

    Weekend - I'm not sure yet. Maybe some shopping, birthday dinner for my brother, cleaning, relaxing.

    It's probably going to be more exciting my plans... which are NOTHING <:-P lol

    and I'm kind of jealous of your "work" ;) at home day. Not gonna lie, I saw that post in another thread (I have lurker syndrome) and I thought I should ask to use some PTO and go home early tomorrow.

    Making vegetable soup tonight.
    Friday - not sure, but there will be red wine and writing involved
    Saturday - Baby shower for my cousin coming in from Nashville
    Sunday - Visit with the nephew for his birthday - 17 years old! Ack! (I met my wife when her sister was pregnant with him!)
    I write sexy books. I read all the books. I love dresses & macarons.

    Isn't it crazy how unreal it feels when family starts getting older? My cousin's kids are going into their teens now.. it didn't really hit me that they weren't toddlers any more until the oldest added me on Facebook and posted a lot of bathroom selfies on his iphone haha

    Red wine and writing sounds FANTASTIC.

    Yeah, I'm pretty lucky. I "work from home" every Friday. Usually I have my 1 year old though, so am looking forward to some me time!

    I'm having dinner with my MIL, niece and a couple of MH's Aunts and Uncle tonight.  Tomorrow night I'm just hanging out with my Bug, getting some cleaning done. Saturday I'm going to have a visit with my sister and Sunday MH and I leave for a night in Niagara Falls to celebrate our anniversary.

    I will be reading and relaxing all weekend since my crazy work schedule starts Monday. And I'm taking SIL (who is 11) shopping for school clothes Saturday afternoon. Wish me luck. She's picky as hell and wants to try on nothing.

    Tonight I am going to Home Depot to get stuff for the sprinklers we are looking to put in later on in the  month.
    Tomorrow and Saturday I am making a movie.

    Tonight-MIL is coming over to play with DD and is bringing dinner. So no cooking and a break for me!

    Friday-birthday dinner for SIL

    Saturday/Sunday-errands, unpacking and organizing the house. It's move in weekend for the university so I will be staying in; town will be nuts!

    @queenofhearts1728 - Her favorite store is Justice. It's what we called Limited Too when we were younger. It has annoying music and glitter everywhere. Unfortunately she has to wear uniforms. So khaki, navy, and black pants/shorts and polos in only six or seven solid colors, no stripes. Which is going to make it ten times worse lol.
