I know it's not Friday, but can we do a FFQ?
My ankles have been super swollen for weeks now, and over the past week they've become painful. It hurts to rotate my ankles and to try and massage them. Is this a normal pregnancy thing because of all the extra weight?

I also agree with wiggy. Hopefully you feel better soon. Swollen feet suck!!

Lesson learned!!
I upped my salt intake (sea salt) and water intake and it helped only a little.

I've been getting numbness in my hands recently. I've talked to my Dr about it, and she basically said it happens, and unless I get numbness in my legs/feet then it's nothing to worry about.
If you had numbness in your hands, how soon after given birth did this go away?

She may have stretched the truth about the numbness lasting a couple weeks though because they fight over who has to do anything with the baby so she may have been trying to get out of changing diapers and burping her. They still (5 mo later) come up with excuses to get out of taking care of her.

I think I've just figured 10 per hour is the goal if he were to slow down and worry me. At that point I would stop and count.
