How are the work outs going?
Last week I went to the gym Mon and Friday, walked Tues and Saturday. So I got my reward lotion last night - White mango since the summer flavors are on sale. YAY!
I did increase my arc trainer 5 mins each set, so now I'm doing 25 mins, strength training then another 25 mins. In a few weeks I'll get to 30 mins each, then I think I'm going to exchange the first set with C25K.

Re: Toning Tuesday
I have been a complete failure on working out. we were out of town this weekend so I didn't get to my saturday zumba and toning and then we didn't get home until 3:15 on Monday morning and then I had to work so last night I didn't go to Ripped.
tonight is family dinner.
tomorrow we have our first counseling session...

Wow, Mana you did a great job!
I ran and lifted Tuesday - Thursday last week. I actually ran a whole mile without stopping 2 days. I was super impressed with myself!
We decided to take off Monday because Mondays suck and no one wants to go to the gym on Mondays. So we are going Tuesday-Thursday and Sunday mornings.
I got a few new workout pointers from BIL so Im hoping to try them out tonight. He lifts 6 days a week for football and is the most jacked high school senior I have ever seen. Its insane.
DH asked him not to walk around me without a shirt on! I think hes a little jealous......
