I know we have the meal plan thread but I mostly wanted to make this thread to brag that I am making my signature meatloaf tonight. Also, I still feel kind of crappy but I figure the more people I tell about this the more likely I will follow through with it. A huge part of me wants to say screw it and make spaghetti (boil noodles and heat up sauce) instead!
Meatloaf recipe:
1lb ground beef
1lb groun pork
1/4 cup grape nuts
2 eggs
3 TB maple syrup
Half an Onion diced
Season to your taste
mix it all up with your hands and put it in a loaf pan (or whatever pan)
Cover the top with ketchup and bake on 350 for an hour or so.
I love this and so does everyone I have ever made it for!

Sounds yummy! I'm hoping DH will make the ribs I thawed Sunday afternoon. Nothing we have leftover sounds remotely appetizing and I surely don't feel like cooking.
Wasn't I just complaining about not feeling pregnant at all last week. Well this week, while mild the nausea sucks, my back hurts and I could cry for no reason. I think I'll go eat more popcorn. lol
Speak sweetly so that if you ever have to eat your words, they don't taste bad.

Feb 13 IVF cycle converted down to IUI due to low follicle response... BFFN
one last IVF attempt April/May 2013: 19 retrieved. 10 fertilized. 2 transferred in a 3dt. 4 frosties... BFP!!
EDD: 1/21/14... Induced early at 36+6. Our LO was born 12/30/13

I had my one year old niece all day and haven't slept well the past few nights so I'm going to be lazy with dinner. Chili dogs and fries.
