Homemade note and greeting cards?
I see all these beautiful cards on etsy that look like cards you buy at the store! What sort of software would I need to print my own? Where to begin!? Does anyone have experience with this?
Thank you!
Re: Homemade note and greeting cards?
I make all of my cards but they're done by hand, though I did print my wedding invitations. While I was happy with how the invitations turned out and everyone loved them, they were really hard for me to do. I used gartner studios for that and you can find boxes of their stuff at Michael's.
I've also designed cards on the computer but have never gotten around to printing them to see how they look. You can do this on zazzle.com and cafepress I think....
Good luck
I've used smilebox.com - they have several different options to choose from.
stampin' up has a software program that you can create your own cards even create your own photo album. Here is their website www.stampinup.com
For creating your own computer graphics from scratch, photoshop, or illustrator are the most customizable, but they are expensive programs, and they can be difficult to learn. I do know that there are a few cheaper/free software options that are easier to use, but I'm not familiar with them.
