I have a small GC to Sephora and I'd like to spend it on skin care. I know it really might not make a dent in what good stuff might cost, but I really want to get better at taking care of my skin. I don't have wrinkles yet, but I know they are coming soon and I want to put them off as long as possible.
What do you use? Have you noticed a difference? What's your regimen?

Re: NBR: Skin Care
Currently, I am using Lancôme's High Resolution Refill 3X at night and their Bienfait Multivital moisturizer during the day. I would highly recommend them, although I think they are little pricey. They are my splurge. Well, the High Resolution anyway. I also got samples of the Genifique serum and I love it, but don't want to pay that much.

A basic skin care regimen has 3 steps: Cleanse, Tone, Moisturize. If you have specific skin care concerns you should add a 4th step between the toner and moisturizer to treat those concerns. You'll get the most bang for your buck in an all over serum type product for the treat step. If you're just getting started in skin care, though, start slowly and add products gradually so you know how your skin will react to each step.

If I had a Sephora gift card, I would put it toward Philosophy perfume or body spray. Or a fun, shiny lip gloss. That's the full extent of my cosmetic use.
Sugar & Spice
I'm Philosophy almost all the way. Purity, Hope in a Jar, Hope for Eyes, and I use the Microdelivery Wash as a facial. I usually get a stockpile for Christmas.
Their acne stuff doesn't work for me though, I use the Clinique spot stuff for that.
