DH should be home soon and then I'll hopefully have a chance to start dinner. I'm planning on salmon, zucchini Parmesan crisps and lemon rice.

Thanks, I will! And I totally know what you mean. I love clean sheets, but putting them back on the bed sucks! lol

This happens to me literally every time I wash the sheets! I throw them in the washer in the morning, and then it's 10pm, we want to go to bed, and I never motivated enough to put the sheets back on,

That is me! DH and I usually go to bed around 10 or 11 and the sheets are dry and have been sitting in the drier for hours waiting to get put on the bed and I will have to do it right before we go to sleep cause I hate putting them back on.

I also really wish DH knew how to cook. He probably could burn a noodle soup. If he knew how to cook that would make life easier. Lol.
RIP Dr. Irving Fishman - 10/1/19-7/25/10 - thank you for holding on for me.
You made my wedding day complete.

Here's the recipes I used tonight:
Salmon:

I almost made this one:

zucchini:

And the rice is leftover from yesterday when I made falafel and Greek rice:
Rice:

Falafel:

The falafel pita sandwiches were delicious. I served them topped with the sauce, tomatoes, and lettuce. Can't speak for today's recipes since they're just in the oven now.
