Home did not work out.....Now to plan B

The very first item that our inspector inspected was the septic and well. They where in such bad shape, and the sellers would not fix it, so we had to back out. Our inspector was so nice! He only charged me for the septic and did not charge me his usual cacellation fee. I will be using him next time. Okay, so off to plan B.

What is plan B? In our price range houses are going like hot cakes! So we decided to look into town houses instead. We are still looking in New Hampshire. This weekend we have about 5 of them set up. They are all three stories, and all but one is an end unit. Three of them are already VA approved, which is a plus, and a money saver!

  • Sorry to hear that the house did not work out. Glad that you found an amazing inspector. I wonder if the sellers were wanting to move cause they did not want to deal with the septic and well.

Hopefully, you will find something you guys like this weekend.

  • Thank you, I hope so! We will probably choose one that is already VA approved so that it is a sure thing.
