Re: Toning Tuesday
Worked out Monday and Wednesday of last week, but that's all. Unless you count walking around shopping Sunday haha. I did almost reach my 10,000 step goal with like 9300.
I hope to hit the gym tonight, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday.
workouts are getting much better and so is eating, but I ate horribly this past weekend.
Saturday - Toning/Zumba and dancing at the wedding
Sunday - nothing.
Monday - RIPPED
Tuesday - rest. its my BIL's birthday so I won't have time to go to the gym
Wed - Yoga with amcourt
Thurday - running
Friday - rest
Saturday - zumba is cancelled so I'll go to yoga

I went to yoga on Friday. It was glorious. Other than that, my only other exercise was carrying a 20 lb baby around.
I'm going to yoga tomorrow with Big A and I'll probably go again on Friday.
@amccul20 - There's a Zumba class on Saturday mornings at 9 in Hockessin. I met the instructor awhile ago at Yoga in the Vineyard and have been meaning to try out her class. Interested in going with me? The first class is free.
