I think we've pissed off a coworker
A coworker and myself talked to our manager about some problems at work. A lot tend to stem from another coworker (who is the lead/ superior of the group). He just isn't pulling his weight and pawns stuff off on others. Well we've noticed that he has not been printing out his mandatory end of day reports (if he is he's hiding them). We've both noticed that things seem to be off. Messier work environment, minimum communication, etc.
Our manager has talked to him before about needing to do more, among other things. But I think he knows this time it stems from us. Neither of us have worked with him since the talk with the manager (mangers doing). But I'm a bit concerned about what he's been saying to others about us at work and if he'll take anything out on us if we ever work with him.
We've been happy working together all the time and things have been going smoothly. It's nice working with people who do what they need to do and are nice.
Just needed to get it out of my system.

Just take it day by day and see how things go over the next few weeks!
