Re: When did you first feel movement/flutters?

  • I was at 21 weeks when I felt movement....it was actually the day after our A/S, so that was pretty fun! I had an anterior placenta, though, so I'm sure I would have felt something before then, maybe.

  • I first felt something around 15 weeks but knew for sure that I felt baby at 17. But that only caused more stress because I didn't feel him regularly until about 24-26 weeks.

This is me. I was 18 weeks when I first felt him or her. But haven't been feeling him or her for the last week which is stressing me out!

  • First movement around 14 weeks, just felt like little taps. I knew for sure it was baby when it became more consistent around 16-18 weeks. It wasn't regular/everyday movement until around 20-22 weeks though.

  • I first felt what I thought could be movement around 14 weeks but I couldn't be positive. I then started feeling regular flutter type movements after 16 weeks. Kicks/punches around 20/21 weeks.

  • I had flutters around 16 weeks and they've become more consistent recently. I think I felt a flip last week, it felt like a wave in my belly!

  • I felt a couple of random pokes between 13 and 16 weeks.  I started feeling legit movement at 17 weeks, though very infrequent.  Regular movements began after 20 weeks.

  • I was doing dishes at 14 weeks and felt three little taps. I will never forget it. It just felt like someone trying to get my attention from in there.

I didn't feel it again until around 17 weeks though and not regularly until after 21/22. It was consistent after that.

  • I had an anterior placenta as well.  I thought I started feeling something after 18 weeks, but it wasn't until 20 weeks when I definitely knew.

  • With DS, it was 20+ weeks before I was sure. I had an AP, though.

This time, I felt stuff around 17-18, and it has gotten more consistent. DH has felt LO already!

  • Around 15 weeks I felt the first movement- but it wasn't like flutters or bubbles like I've heard described. It felt like little pinches near my belly button- not painful though. I didn't feel him regularly until after 20 weeks though.

  • First movement was about 16 weeks, I felt one little tap. It was more consistent by 18 weeks. When I was 17 weeks, though, I figured out that I could feel more if I laid on my stomach, so I did that a lot, just for fun.

  • I felt the very first movement around 16ish weeks (I think).  Felt movement MAYBE 3 times total until the day of our A/S at 20 weeks and then I felt him daily after that
