TMI-Should I worry?

So I just went pee and in my underwear I found what seemed to be a nickel sized bugger looking thing. It was yellowish.

Before flushing I checked in the toilet and found a little more.

I don't have any pain but I know my doctor always asks me if I've had any discharge or anything like that and since this is something I've never seen before I don't know if I should worry.

What do you ladies think?

Yep, mucus plug. Could mean things are starting to happen.

Although I've heard you can lose and regenerate multiple times, so I guess only time will tell. I hope it means baby Isis is on her way!

If it is baby time, you'll probably notice contractions soon. I would wait for that before going in. Like I said, Ive heard for some people it means labor is getting ready to start, and others it doesn't mean anything. I really hope in your case that it means labor is getting ready to start.

For now, just try and rest and relax as much as possible. You'll need all your energy if it does end up being time.

I really hope this means it's time. OMG I'm so excited. I'm going to shower and wait for DH to get home and see how I feel.

Technically, you can lose your mp and it can regenerate before you have your baby, so it's not necessarily the on start of labor, but it is a good sign that you're nearing the end! I started losing mine about a week before I had G. I lost the rest of it when I was about 5 cm dilated. Hang in there! It could still be a little while, but YAY your body is doing something!

Sounds like mucus plug, but don't go getting all crazy just yet! I lost mine in pieces around 38 weeks and still ended up being induced. It can mean labor is coming soon or it just means your cervix is thinning out and you're dilating.

I'm calm and just praying it happens soon lol. I'm so ready for this little girl to get here. If it doesn't happen right away (I'm guessing it won't) I'm at least excited to know body is doing something.

Yep. It is definitely your mucus plug and a sign that your body is doing something, but like others said it could still be a while. I lost mine this time around at like 34 weeks and then I'm guessing it Regenerated and I lost it in pieces again for a few days leading up to having Zack. With Delilah I lost it over a few days as well about a week or so before I had her.
