First post baby workout down
I fell off the My Fitness Pal bandwagon and NOTICED. It coincided with my first post partum Auntie visit. Not beating myself up, but a little blue.
We finally were able to use the gym this morning and did so after the little dude went to school. Due to some technical difficulties I am already behind by a chapter in one class. I am NOT happy with this and am trying to figure out my time management. I was able to read while doing cardio, but I question the efficacy of it.
I did it though, 45 minutes on the elliptical. I was taking it easy, but found myself picking up to the pace of the sorority girl beside me. She had a nice
@$$ though, so if I keep working the 15 years separating our ages will be the only thing differentiating us, right?

Re: First post baby workout down
I also just started post baby workouts by doing T25 with DH. Im only on week 2 but I already feel better, both emotionally and physically, and I tend to eat better when I exercise as well, so theres that positive (I did need to eat ice cream most of last week though to "get it out of the house"). We are skipping the workout tonight due to the eagles game, but Im doing this pinterest'd workout while watching the game instead so I can at least do something : http://pinterest.com/pin/301811612498134526/
Good luck and keep it up! Anything is better than nothing!
