Ohhh it all makes sense now! There isn't anything wrong with that. More time and money for you and H! My SIL and I just had this conversation the other day. She has a 2 year and asked if I thought it was weird that she doesn't want any more kids. I told her that wasn't weird. Some people want no kids. Some people want lots of kids. Some people just want 1 kid. To each their own!

Anyone remember the crazy penguin obsession in Good Luck Chuck? Yeah.....I Have 2 penguins who still share our bed....lol one H bought for me when we were dating, and the other I have had since I was a baby....have a lot of other penguin stuff around the house too...
  • I confess that while DH and I are currently planning on TTC this winter, the closer it gets the more I think how great it is to be DINKS and be able to do whatever we want whenever we want.  I just can't imagine not having kids later on in life though, and we aren't really getting any younger.

Also, I am trying to wean myself off caffeine for various reasons, and I feel like such an addict because all I've thought about for the last hour is the diet Dr. Pepper that's currently calling my name in my fridge... haha.

  • I confess that I should probably be eating more and healthier now that I am pregnant. But I hate watching what I eat and most of the time I'm not 'craving' anything specific so I just don't eat :/ Bad mom

  • Oh I have another confession... its baby related of course.. So I just got real curious about cloth diapering. I think it would be great to save a ton of money. So I started watching videos on youtube about it. And gross. Cloth diapering is disgusting and looks hard and gross. :/

  • @invane00 have you seen the diapers that have a reusable outside but a disposable liner? A friend of mine used them and loved them!

No! All of this diapering stuff is so new territory. I'm curious but skeptical. I just think disposable is so much easier and faster. But I know super expensive. So if I can find an alternative that is not gross LOL then I'd be all for researching and learning more!

I haven't had real cravings it was just always stuff that sounded good for dinner or breakfast once I ate it I was fine. I did get 1 real craving which was cookies. Now when I find something that tastes good I continue to eat it for days. The trick isn't to eat more but to drink more and make sure you take your vitamins. I'm super picky and don't eat veggies and very little fruit, just watch what you eat and try not to eat things that are on the no no list!

Will your child be going to daycare? A lot of daycares won't have anything to do with cloth diapers of any kind. So if you're going to cloth diaper and use daycare, make sure you ask that question when you're touring daycares.

We use disposable because my life is already a hot mess. I don't need to add washing diapers to that list.

My BFF (who is preg with her 4th!!) swears by G diapers. She's used them and cloth for her last 2. She does still have some plastic for when they go out places for the whole day or away for the weekend because its just easier (Especially with 2 that are not potty trained!)
