Re: Weightloss Wednesday
MEH! Last week was a bust, this week start bad with my mom. I told H I wasn't allowed in the house tonight unless I have my gym clothes on and a sweaty hot mess! He said ok.
Looking into some lower carb dinners for us, and I'm going to work on my breakfast too.
I'm retaining water again. Hopefully not going to puff up again like a fun house mirror. Here's the last couple weeks in a nutshell: Gained 19lbs in one week, put on water pill lost 23lbs in 5 days. Had procedure gained 8lbs since Friday.
I was diagnosed with Minimal Change Disease today. I'm going to have flare ups and remissions of this the rest of my life. Ugh!
I was cleared for working out by my doctor today, but I think I'll just do light stuff until my back isn't tender anymore from the biopsy.
I re-joined the gym last week and so far i have made it there everyother day. I run out of work and try to get there and do atleast 30-40 min of cardio before i go pick up the baby, i already feel bad leaving her all day so i try to get in and out. Over the weekend i worked out at home during the baby's nap time and plus i had a convo with DH that i need some me time and that will be it. He is on board thankfully!
I've been doing really well with eating and so far have lost 31 pounds, but i have a way to go.
Today is the earliest I've been home by a lot and I only didn't stay at work because it was too hot and whatever I need to get done will still be there in the morning.
I've been trying to eat healthy but I am so tired that I just want to snack. Maybe next week will improve once I'm more into a routine.
