  • MEH!  Last week was a bust, this week start bad with my mom.  I told H I wasn't allowed in the house tonight unless I have my gym clothes on and a sweaty hot mess!  He said ok.

    Looking into some lower carb dinners for us, and I'm going to work on my breakfast too.

  • I'm retaining water again.  Hopefully not going to puff up again like a fun house mirror.  Here's the last couple weeks in a nutshell: Gained 19lbs in one week, put on water pill lost 23lbs in 5 days.  Had procedure gained 8lbs since Friday. 

    I was diagnosed with Minimal Change Disease today.  I'm going to have flare ups and remissions of this the rest of my life.  Ugh!

    I was cleared for working out by my doctor today, but I think I'll just do light stuff until my back isn't tender anymore from the biopsy.

  • I re-joined the gym last week and so far i have made it there everyother day. I run out of work and try to get there and do atleast 30-40 min of cardio before i go pick up the baby, i already feel bad leaving her all day so i try to get in and out. Over the weekend i worked out at home during the baby's nap time and plus i had a convo with DH that i need some me time and that will be it. He is on board thankfully!

    I've been doing really well with eating and so far have lost 31 pounds, but i have a way to go.

  • I've started Couch to 5K and am now in week two. I've been pretty successful at getting tp the gym twice a week, but something always seems to get in the way of the third, so there's room for improvement. I'm back down to my pre-vacation weight, thank god, but I haven't lost any more.

  • Terrible.  School starting this week has knocked me out!  I can barely eat lunch I am so tired, let alone work out after work.

    Today is the earliest I've been home by a lot and I only didn't stay at work because it was too hot and whatever I need to get done will still be there in the morning.

    I've been trying to eat healthy but I am so tired that I just want to snack.  Maybe next week will improve once I'm more into a routine.
  • I lost a pound this week from working out if town.

  • I'm the same as last Wednesday, I believe. I've been fluctuating a half pound...I say this as I eat a McDonald's cheeseburger :-X I told H to start making me go to the gym with him or else I have to cancel my membership. We start Friday.

  • What if we had a post each week we can update our work outs throughout the week?  Would anyone find this helpful?
