Worst Interview Questions

I have a job interview tomorrow (hoping to get away from my current nightmare of a boss)... how do I answer the question "why do you want to leave Company X"? Any ideas? I obviously don't want to say my boss is a b****, so I need something good.

And have you had any weird interview questions in the past?

I think there are any number of reasons to leave a job that are acceptable without completely trashing your former boss.

You could say something like "while I really liked the work I was doing there, I'm looking for a more team-oriented/trusting/friendly environment" or something like that if you want to hint at the real reason you're leaving.

You can also say you weren't feeling challenged, there wasn't room to grow, it was too far away (if this new one is closer), or anything like that.

I hate getting problem solving questions in interviews. As a scientist, that's usually what I get though. It sucks because I know how to solve the actual problem, but trying to explain my thought process to a room of strangers gets me so flustered!
