Happy Friday! Anybody got anything fun or exciting going on this weekend?
Tonight I'm headed to Crossfit for the fifth day in a row and am pretty excited about my progress. It feels good to finally start getting my energy back, stress down and just generally in a better mood.
No clue what's on the agenda for the rest of the weekend. DH heads home tomorrow from his work trip, so maybe we will do a date night tomorrow night.

Re: TGIF!
H gets back from NYC tonight at 11, so I'll pick him up at the airport. Tomorrow I'm cleaning the house and getting ready for an open house (no our house still hasn't sold after 2.5 months grrr) on Sunday that I'm hosting myself because the realtor can't do it. I'm only minorly bitter that H has a bachelor party that stars at 2 on Saturday, then has plans to watch football at noon on Sunday. all after he has been gone all week. Actually I am a little more than minorly bitter, now that I think about it, I'm actually pissed off that I have to be the one to get the house ready and host the whole damn open house. And if nobody comes I'm going to have a rage fest.
That's all.
Let's see...our weekend will consist of lots more riding. Ever since I got my new motorcycle 3 weeks ago, I've been all about riding.
But...my DH has been sort of down about his bike lately. LOL. He has a 1999 Ninja. My first bike was a 2009 Ninja 250. Since that bike was slow and a beginner's bike, it didn't really bother him. But ever since I got my GSXR 600 (which is a 2005), he doesn't like his. It doesn't look as nice, it's older, and it's not that comfortable. Plus all the guys we ride with have 2003 GSXRs or newer.
Well, he brought a new bike today...we drive up to Chicago to get it tomorrow. It's a 2010 Honda VFR 1200.
Now, I'm jealous! His bike is newer, shinier, and doesn't have any scratches on it! :-(
I was telling this to one of my guy friends that I ride with, and he was telling me my bike is better still. The VFR, as he put it, is for older people that don't want the sport bike design. LOL.
But yeah, that's my news - we have to drive to Chicago tomorrow (technically it's Roselle, IL) to get this bike!

We will still be working on the bathroom.
Well, my dad is coming down to help DH with the drywall and electrical, so they will be working in the bathroom. My mom is coming too, so we will go shopping.

@JMB10022011 - Nice job with the crossfit! I see people on facebook always talking about it.. I don't think I could do it.

Sunday my friend will be visiting with family, so DH and I will keep it low-key. I also took Monday and Tuesday off work, as my friend leaves Monday evening and that way I can spend time with her on Monday and then have a day to rest up before heading back to work.
