  • Finish booking everything for our trip to Germany and Italy.

  • To make it through the week without losing it. There is so much to do and J will be away tonight and wed-sun. Packing is a big job.
    I need to make sure i am exercising and eating enough.

    I will qccomplish this with lots of lists and deep breathes.
  • Kick ass at my interview tomorrow. Prepping today and being my charming self tomorrow. I only have to be liked more than three other people!

    Sort and file our mail/junk pile. Just do it!

    Organize toys/closets. Depending on my feelings about the interview outcome, I may be more or less inclined to do this. If we are probably moving, it's gotta happen.

  • To Accomplish: Meal Plan and eat said meals 5 out of 7 days (not including tonight) and exercise 4 of the 7 upcoming days.

    How am I going to do this:  I'm not 100% sure.  I've made most of a grocery list but I'm trying to eat least animal products too so it may be difficult.  We're trying to "shop the perimeter" of the store for the next few weeks on our mission to become healthier and fitter.  For exercise, I'm going to have to kick the dogs out of the bed in the morning so I can be motivated to get some exercise in.  They're just too cute in the morning all snuggled up.

  • Finish painting Benji's bedroom door (I finished his closet door this past weekend! Finally!), keep up on keeping the downstairs picked up (toys, etc.), sign Benji up for swim classes, and get plans to my new clients,

    I'm planning on painting Benji's door on Friday or Saturday and hanging it up by Sunday night at the latest. I'm trying to pick up toys at the end of the day when Benji goes to bed, and also get the dishes done and general downstairs clean up. Going to the Y tomorrow to sign him up. And I'm working my butt off during every single nap to get these plan options done!

  • I just joined WW online (again), so my goal is to follow it for the week! I also plan to go to the gym four mornings for cardio and to do strength training two of those days.

    And then the usual. Laundry. Vacuuming. Paying the bills.

  • Stop eating dinner so late!

    Get dinner ready and eat before Natalie's bedtime.  This must happen.  I gained a pound this week and I swear it's because of eating so late at night!

  • 1. eat well and exercise all week, I've already started by purging all the crap and buying good things at the grocery store.  I need to work on getting up and I plan to go for walks on my lunch break.

    2.  I really want to avoid my FSIL for the next couple weeks before my brother's wedding, I'm really stressing about it and the lack of planning.

  • Organize my closet. Finish revisions. Cook dinner at least four nights. Finish my sewing project. Get further along in Gone Girl. Clean the inside of my car. Bathe my dog.
    I write sexy books. I read all the books. I love dresses & macarons.

  • Keep up with my points on Weight Watchers.  Iron some shirts.  Use the crockpot at least once a week to make after work less stressful. Walk the dog 30 minutes every day.  Yoga twice a week. 
  • 1. Go up in the attic and get down hand-me-downs to see what Claire needs for the fall/winter.

    2. Buy So new clothes for fall/winter.  Especially pants.  Convince my ILs that she wears a bigger size than they sell at Carter's, and get them to return the bag of clothes they bought her, cause they are TOO SMALL.

    3. Clean out deck plants, buy a cold frame.

  • I'm fairly new, but I'm jumping in :)

    1)  Stick to my daily weight watchers points.  Work out Mon, Tues & Wed.

    2)  Get further along in Shadow and Bone

    3)  Stop buying lattes during my lunch break.  I bring my coffee from home in the mornings but I often need an afternoon pick me up.

  • What do you want to accomplish this week? 
    Eat healthier foods and exercise! I'm hoping to lose about 1 pound a week until I meet my goal and then maintain a healthy weight. 

    How are you going to do it? 
    I'll track my calories daily with My Fitness Pal. 
    I recently started doing the Blogilates beginner's workouts, so I will do a couple of those plus attend some Zumba classes (I got a great Groupon Deal--12 classes for $40 which is about half price! They're already paid for so now I have motivation to actually GO.)

    I'll allow myself one cheat meal at a restaurant so that I don't feel deprived, and I'll switch up the workouts so I don't get bored.

     Canned peaches are my favorite! I usually do sliced and mashed/preserves.

    This week I am going to meal plan and cook every night except Wednesday night because I won't be home til after nine pm.
    I plan to do that by sitting down and planning stuff for tomorrow and going to the store Thursday to get dinner stuff through the weekend.
