F.U.H

So the end of last week was crazy and I didn't have a chance to share what a gem my husband was. Now, on Thursday baby C had her 2 month shots. If we remember, these are the shots that left T$$ in the hospital. So she had an awful reaction to the shots- swollen, red legs, and screamed for hours- SCREAMED. I was on the phone with the doctor...ect...as she SCREAMED. He knew what was going on and was prepared to meet me at A.I.

Fast forward to him getting home.

"Oh, is that chicken in the oven?" Dh wined

"Yes..." I said, with attitude

"Didn't we have chicken two nights ago?"

Oh. Em. Gee. I have a child who is borderline going to the er and I somehow managed to make dinner and you have the nerve to say anything negative? He is SO lucky he didn't end up in the er.

AND- he LOVED the chicken (I crusted in hummus).

Anyone have a good chicken recipe? I think we might have chicken EVERY night this week.
