Baby is healthy, neck measurement was 1.1, and it went so well they said we didn't even need the consult with the doctor they had originally wanted. I guess there was something they flagged at 9 weeks that has worked itself out, they were thrilled and sent us home. We have what they called part 2 of the NT scan (which I've never heard of, but ok) where they will do checks for spina bifida and any neural tube defects. No new pics because baby really takes after his/her parents - belly down, which is how I sleep, and camera shy, taking after DH! But yay for a good number!

TTC since May 2011, 1 year trying, and then 3 TI, 2 IUI = BFN
IVF #1 (May 2013): Antagonist Protocol:24R, 18M, 15F w/ICSI; 5dt of 2 early blasts, no frosties = BFN
IVF #2 (August 2013): Lupron Stop Protocol:
28R, 23M, 15F w/ICSI; 5dt of 1 partially hatched blast, 7 frosties = BFP
EDD 5/23/14, blighted ovum (6w6d), D&C (8w6d)
FET #1 (April 2014): transferred 2 5d blasts = BFP

Generally if it is higher than expected then they do a detailed ultrasound focusing on the spine to see if they can see anything abnormal. They might also discuss an amnio which is slightly more sensitive, but more invasive.
