Waiting to close...
So we were supposed to close last Friday. But come to find out the seller needed stuff signed off, etc. So now we wait. We currently are renting and gave our notice to be out at the end of this month. Its not an option to stay here longer. So if we dont close by next week we will have no were to live. We are thinking about giving them a deadline and if they can;t meet it we are out of the deal. We also looked at a few rentals today just in case. My parents also said we can stay with them temporary if needed, but then we would have to get a storage unit. Also we got a really good rate and that is only locked in for another 10 days.
What would you do? Or have you been in situation similar? What was the outcome? I don't want to wait til the last minute.
