Who else is doing Weight Watchers? How has it been going for you? Are you staying within your points? What are your challenges and successes?
Re: Weight Watchers
I think my challenges at this point are being bored with food. I'm trying to get my kid to start eating dinner with us, but it's been a little tough finding something that tastes good that all three of us would want to eat. It's easy enough to steam up some veggies for him, but as far as main courses go, he's not up to a lot of things yet.
My successes are that I'm definitely eating a ton more fruits and veggies. Less potatoes and pasta. For that alone, I'm thrilled.
I'm still down 5 pounds, so I'm still considering it a success, I just need to keep trucking.

I've been doing Weight Watchers for about a month. This week I didn't lose anything - I didn't gain, either, but it was really frustrating. I still had points left at the end of the week, and I have not been putting in the exercise I do in order to get more points, so why didn't I lose?
I'm also having trouble with being ravenous after school, and then we don't eat dinner until 7. I am eating way too much before dinner.
