Remember when we use to do this on Wed. Well I think we should do it again today because I am in a mood to Rant!
Rant: I live in Rochester, NY. A small city when you look at it. It should not take 45 min. to get into work in the morning! WTF!! Learn how to drive people.
Rave: I am going to DC this weekend for a girl weekend. Wohoo! It will be good to see my GF from HS. Lots of laughs and big girl beverages will be had!
Now you go.....
To the optimist, the glass is half full.
To the pessimist, the glass is half empty.
To the engineer, the glass is twice as
big as it needs to be.

Why is electricity so expensive these days?
Why does it cost so much for something
I can make with a balloon and my hair?

Re: Rants and Raves
Rave: I am almost in my third trimester! I am so ready to meet this baby! This pregnancy has been better than with ds but I'm so anxious! I'm just trying to enjoy it all and take in my last months with one child on the outside.
Rave: because my roof is caving in my dad is coming to help dh fix it. My two sisters are going to come with him to entertain ds so I can accomplish some nesting activities.
Rant: We're sanding the hallway. Some of the tape we put down between the drywall seams is showing through, which means we have to mud and sand again. Alllllllllllllllll I want is to clean up the hallway, put all the construction shit away and LIVE IN OUR HOUSE. I can't take it. Work is a mess. My house is a mess. There's no room for anything. My clothes are in the basement on top of dust and grime. What's the point of cleaning if everything is just dirty again 30 seconds later? I'm seriously on the edge. Jay has been completely MIA for a week so isn't around to help but is surely around to make a mess (put your goddamn dishes in the dishwasher before I kill you). On top of this, we still come home every day to the same old problems: laundry, dishes, food, clean the house. I'm just tearing my hair out over here. Every. single. second. is taken up by something involved and labor intensive. Joy does not function well in this situation. Clearly. Don't effing tell me this project - that will take over my whole house - will take four days. DON'T EVER SAY THAT AGAIN. Say "Joy, it's going to take a few months. Are you ready?"
And, this is all such small potatoes compared to real problems, like jlq's father.
Rave: Um. I got nothing.
Joy: I love you! The comment about the dishwasher made me spit water all over my keybroad, LOL! Hugs! Feel free to come here and vent any time. And if it make you feel better my SIL has been with out her master bath for 9 months and it looks like it will be at least another 6 months. Which means her master bedroom has been a construction zone for almost a year or maybe 2 years.
Echo: Stupid roof! Yea Baby! Did we decide yet between the girls names?
Rave:
My husband is awesome that is all :-)
Joy: Her other bathroom took over a year to complete as well. A project that was suppose to take 2 month top babe, LOL! God Bless her because I would have called in a contractor well he was at work. I understand how hard it is when you are in the process. It has gotten so bad that I don't want to start any new projects. I just like to dream about projects, but not do them!
Aggie: Hopefully they will be back soon! That stinks.

In many ways I am now hoping for a boy because his name is set - Dominic Joseph.
