Morning! Love it Echo! Also can I say that I love wow you spell things the English or I guess Candian way with a U. Not too much going on here today. Work, but I have no meetings today!! WOHOO! Maybe I can get some work done, noooooo way. And I have to pack tonight. Getting excited to see my GF!
1. Hoodie, Jeans, and Flip Flops- nothing better than that for me!
2. APPLES- love all things apples, cider, crisps, pie, carmel apples, etc. YUM!!
3. Football- I love waking up Sunday morning knowing that I am going to watch Sunday NFL countdown, make soup (soupy sundays in our house), watch the Bills hopefully win, make big dinner (hopefully on the grill) and watch more football!
4. Close third place Thanksgiving is right around the corner which is my favorite holiday. Who doesn't love a holiday all about yummy food and football!
I could really go for a girls weekend. Or just any weekend away...I love dh and ds but even a night or 6 hours during the day would be nice. Lol
My top three:
1. Jeans and long sleeve shirts/sweaters! I love weather where that is comfortable to be out in.
2. Pumpkin everything - this only started since being pregnant with ds but i cannot wait to bake so many pumpkin things.
3. Soups! I love making soups! Not always eating them but making them and experimenting. I think I'm pretty good at it too. Last night I made an awesome beef stew type thing. Before that a great chicken soup. Yummy!!!!
We do a lot of chicken but also butternut squash (cannot wait), potato leek, zucchini, beef stew/soup. I want to try a homemade tomato soup with tomatoes from our garden.
2 fall colors- and I can now say this living in VA.
3 getting to wear warmer weather clothes.
