I have been in pain all day from my sciatic nerve. I know I've seen ladies here talk about it so I was wondering what did you do for relief? I can barely stand but sitting is uncomfortable too

I know it's only going to get worse from here out...

Re: Sciatica pain
Pillow between the legs and stretches are both good suggestions though in the meantime. And avoid movements that trigger pain.

I also used to have DH rub my ass to help, lol. Pregnancy is so glamorous.

I second piriformis stretches and pelvic stability exercises, but with the stretches, make sure you don't do one side and not the other or-again- you will make the instability worse.
Hth!
Sorry! I know you all haven't heard from me in a while, but I have to answer these PT questions!
