How do you find (or make) the time to exercise?
I know I am making excuses but I feel like I can't find the time to exercise. I work 55 hours+, have 2 kids, already wake up at 5a, blah blah blah. Excuses, I know.
What do you do to carve out the time to exercise or force yourself to make time?

If you think that you do not get proper time for your work out session then this is not a fair, in this world you need to manage your time according to your requirement, without this you do not survive and you do not live better life as you wish. Till last year my thinking was also like this, I ever tried to lose my weight with proper work out session but due to the shortage of time I was not able to take care about my weight and day by day I became fatty.
