Having a tough time
And I need some Nestie hugs.
So you all know my dad passed away 6 months before our wedding. My wedding day was hard enough with that being so fresh.
Today, my SIL is getting married, and while I love her to death, and am so incredibly happy for her, I'm also so incredibly jealous that she gets her daddy to walk her down the aisle. I know it's selfish, but i can't help but be a little sad today too.

Today must be a popular wedding day though. H and I were invited to 2 today!
The wedding was amazing. I had to run the slideshow during the first dances (bride groom, and the parent dances), I burst into tears during the father daughter dance. My SIL and new BIL came over after to say thanks, gave me a huge hug, and after I told them what was wrong, SIL said she'd share her dad. I went and found my FIL after and told him I needed a 'dad hug' he's awesome. I got a huge hug. Love him so much. Hubby and I both were nursing hangovers yesterday, but it was a great party. I left about midnight. Hubby and the bride and groom and a few friends shut the place down, left at 3:30 am. Lol
I'm so sorry... keeping you in my thoughts and prayers.
I'm glad you enjoyed the wedding, and it's wonderful that you have that support from your ILs.
