1. I completed my first class towards my BS in Psychology last night.

2. I have 2 classes at a time from now on.

3. I woke up dizzy and with a very upset stomach. I am hoping it gets better after I eat but I can't get ahold of DH today because he is working out of service.

4. I am going to have a big bowl of Frosted Flakes when I am done here.

5. My cat has been getting in my nerves lately. He likes to run up and claw me for no reason and then lay down and cuddle. He clawed a pair of jeans and pulled out a bunch of threads and he did it to my favorite cardigan last night. He also keeps opening all the drawers in my room and bathroom and emptying them. Ugh.

6. I am thinking about getting those nail caps for him. He is indoor only. I don't know muchabout the tthough. Has anybody used them before?

7. Out poor dog is probably going to get on a daily anxiety med. He is driving himself crazy because he is always nervous and on edge. Never mind when there is thunder or fireworks or gun shots!

8. Ava Nichol wants to play outside all the time but it started raining here 2 Sundays ago and hasn't stopped. She wants to play in the rain but I am not up for it. I want to get her rain boots so she can because it is going to be a long Fall, Winter, Spring.

9. Ava Nichol is going to be Boo from Monsters Inc for Halloween.

10. I am already getting amped up for Christmas

There are too many things I want to get Ava Nichol!

1. Just took my first exam of the semester and I think I did okay.

2. Sometimes I don't feel like I know enough to be an NP (even though I still have 2 years more of school to learn)

3. I wish I could have another baby before I finish school (but won't, that would just be silly)

4. I want a bigger family than my DH does.

5. I had Chick-fil-a for breakfast and I have eater's remorse because t had zero flavor whatsoever, and I couldn't what I usually get there because it's not a full CFA since it's at school.

6. Now that P is more interactive and sleeping properly, I wish I could SAHM with him.

7. We did CIO a couple weeks ago and bedtime is 1000x easier.

8. DH started a load of laundry before we left for work and it's going to sit in our washer for about 11 hours before it goes in the dryer. Ick.

9. This girl in class keeps doing a hacking cough. Every class. During the test. Ugh. Get that shit checked out, lady.

10. Sometimes I wish DH would left P fuss a little when we walk away. I went to the kitchen to make P a bottle (he can still see me), and then he started to fuss. DH immediately started talking and distracting him. It's okay if he fusses. He needs to learn that we sometimes have to walk away.

11. I felt like a shit mom this morning because I think I may have hurt P when I picked him up off the floor this morning (he was playing with the travel changing pad bc I had just changed him and maybe I caught his finger or something), and he started really crying. Then I was putting him in DH's car and I whacked his head on the door. Mom fail.

On of our cats pulled the threads on both my and DH's shirts last night! I was like, dude, wtf! He likes to knead on us and doesn't realize he shouldn't use his claws

I considered them, but they seem like a PITA because their nails still grow. I trim their nails every so often. Do you do that? You could probably get your vet to do it for a small fee.

@PB&fluff I have tried to trim his nails and he gets aggressive. I keep trying to ease him into it but he is not into it. We talked to the vet about our pup's anxiety and it sounds like meds are our only option because he just has anxiety all the time. They suggested the Thunder coat for separation anxiety or noise anxiety. We are concerned that this change in his behavior might mean something worse though. He got better when he was on steroids for allergies in the Spring and I don't know why steroids would have made home better.

@madeline10L September has flown by! I still feel like it should be the beginning of the month and it is almost October!

1. My first appt isn't until Monday and I am dying!! I just want to see the baby and know everything is good in there!!

2. I am taking a half day on Friday and going to the State Fair with my mom!

3. I am going to eat fried samoas and fried frito pie at the fair!

4. I am so emotional. This morning on the news, they were talking about IVF and I started crying. Stupid hormones!

5. I haven't been very productive at work this week because I am too excited about the fair and my appt on Monday!

6. I made DH get a flu shot this year. He got sick last time he got one and I was afraid he would get sick again. I know the shot can't give you the flu, but he has some weird reaction to it. He seems fine now though!

7. I watched the first episode of Sleepy Hollow last week and it scared me and I couldn't sleep! I am a wimp!

8. I made my first baby related purchase yesterday!

9. Yesterday, I was really wanting an eggroll and something with coconut. I got neither :-(

10. Is it 5:30 yet? I am so ready to go home already!

1. @wiggyslilsis I demand pics of your little girl dressed as Boo!

2. I am eating a hot dog with cheese and mustard, I am in freaking heaven!

3. My first appointment is Friday, I can't freaking wait!

4. I looked up info on the local birthing classes and text H to ask if he would go with me. He replied maybe...not too happy with him for that even though I know it depends on his work schedule.

5. My friend is going nuts about planning a shower for me. I told her I didn't want one, but it does make me smile that she is that happy for me.

6. I realize I never posted about this anywhere, even on fb and I want to share it somewhere. I can't remember what day was my last day, but I quit smoking.

7. Speaking on fb, SIL is going NUTS about being able to post all over fb that I'm pregnant. When did that become her news to post about and what if I never post it?

8. I had so much energy to get stuff done this morning, but now lunch has made me slow down and I don't want to speed up again.

9. I bought a sweater to have at work in the mornings when it's cold and I am so in love with it.

10. For the month of October my boss has a candy bowl here filled with candy constantly. She just put it out. I'm going to get some candy.

@madeline - good luck at your appt!

@wiggy - have you tried scratch pads? Our cat loves the cheap $5 box versions from Walmart.

1. Today is our anniversary and our last birthing class. I think there is something sweet about celebrating it that way.

2. I have to go to a 2 hour meeting on my day off. Ugh.

3. I drank a huge glass of OJ when I woke up and I've been nauseous ever since.

4. I was having mild but painful contractions throughout the night. Please stay in for at least 2 more weeks little guy!

5. I don't want my dog to feel sad when we bring baby home. We've had him since he was a tiny pup and he's our first baby! I know he will be great with LO, I just don't want him to feel left out.

6. I feel better now that baby's laundry is completely done and the diaper bag is packed! I will work on the hospital bag soon.

7. I can tell that baby has moved.
I hope it's a good transition. There is a lot of pressure down low and my belly seems to have a point to it. He was wildly active the night before last and yesterday I noticed the change so I'm assuming that's when he moved positions.

8. I'm getting so excited to see the baby but I want to enjoy every minute until he's here. I will miss being pregnant.

9. I'm considering a natural birth without an epi and DH is against it because he said I have been through enough and he hated watching me in so much pain before. I think it's really sweet that he wants me to be comfortable and know he'll support me either way.

10. I am so thankful my maternity leave falls over the holidays and we will get to spend Thanksgiving and Christmas with family for baby's first year. That has never happened!

I realize now that I have a lifetime of worrying to do! Pregnancy is only the beginning. The only important thing is protecting the babies and they will be my babies when they are 67 years old!
I have never wanted 12 weeks to go so fast! I feel like I am in a race against time. I just want December to be here.
DH started reading a couple of poems each night from Shel Silverstein to the boys. It makes me so happy!
I had a tag sale this weekend to unload closets, basements and attics-full of "stuff" and furniture we collected over the years. Some of it, I still loved and it was hard to let go of. Only a certain portion of it was "junk." Everything else was expensive, beautiful and in great condition but life has changed and we need to make room. Ummm, people only wanted the junk! But we left all of the good stuff out on the curb overnight for free (including beautiful office furniture and art) and all of a sudden, people wanted it!
I am tired today!
I have so much work to catch up on but I am just not motivated!
I am so mad that I spend money on maternity clothes on Zulily. The stuff comes 1 month later, is junky and the mediums are too big and there are no returns. I will never order from there again no matter how nice or good deal it seems I am getting.
We haven't really given sufficient thought to childcare after I return to work. We know family will help, but I think we need to make some concrete plans and schedules!
We got the PB catalog yesterday with baby Halloween costumes. I mean, come on! You can't get more adorable than that!
I really, really appreciate each and every one of you and the support, sanity and laughs.

1. We officially signed up for our child birthing class and CPR. We are still looking into other classes as well.

2. The birthing class starts tonight!! Ahh!

3. DH and I applied for a home equity loan in order to pay for our broken air conditioner/heat today. FX that it is approved!

4. I am feeling slightly nauseous today and no food sounds good. Trying to decide if I actually want to move from my desk to go get food.

5. Win: My new maternity sweatshirt is super comfortable and I'm grateful my boss didn't say anything about the way I was dressed today for work

6. There is half of a chocolate cake in my fridge and I want some when I get home. Something tells me it would not sit well today though.

7. DH is home all week with no travel. This makes me happy.

8. I loved the HIMYM season premier! The mother doesn't look like I pictured her, but her personality fits Ted perfectly.

9. TMI warning - during ST the other night, DH started laughing. I asked him what was funny and he said I was lactating. I was mortified. I know it's colostrum and that milk doesn't come in but he was definitely right. There was leakage lol

10. I'm starting to feel pretty pregnant. I'm still self-conscious during ST but I feel like I finally have a rounded belly and am cute pregnant.

@nightmare_of_beauty I am hoping we can do a Halloween costume parade for all the LOs, fur babies and mommas

I was thinking maybe we could start it on Halloween and continue it through the weekend because I don't think DD will dress up on Halloween but we are hosting a Halloween party Friday night.

1. The contractions came back last night and were about 5 minutes apart for a couple hours, but most of the pain was in my back/thighs/hips and when I called L&D they wanted me to wait until I couldn't talk or walk through them.

2. The contractions have slowed down, but I definitely still am having them. I tossed and turned all night, but nothing had been consistent enough for the hospital....

3. I'm still super nauseated. Luckily I have some peppermint candy canes to help.

4. I can't believe my due date is only one week away.

5. Anytime I poke Adalyn's foot or butt (when she sticks it out against by belly) DH tells me to stop trying to deform his daughter. Lol It's cute to hear him say the word "daughter".

He has a couple scratching things and he scratches them but what he is doing is like running up and batting me with his claws out and then cuddling up to me so it is like his way of saying hi.

1. I really want subway. I promised DH no more eating out for a while but I don't feel like cooking dinner anymore.

2. My little girl has a diaper rash and I feel like it's not getting better. I feel like a bad mom :'(

3. DH is being a butt head!!! We got in an argument over the dumbest thing. Blah!!

4. Isis has been really good at sleeping at night except last night. I'm exhausted today

5. She's using my boob as a pacifier basically and it hurts.

6. My pup has been crying at the our door at night to sleep in our room and it's getting annoying. I don't know what to do.

7. I am LOVING that I don't get nauseated anymore.

8. I thought after giving birth I would stop craving fruit. Wrong! I stopped at sams club yesterday and bought all kinds of fruit. Yumm.

9. I miss being pregnant

10. Okay I'm off to make dinner.
