Alternatives for polyurethane FOAM

Hello!
I just discovered your community, because i am researching. I have a beautiful Artifort chair and it needs renovating. Artifort chairs are famous because of the roundings and fluent shapes.
I discovered that the interior of these chairs is made of polyurethane foam 65. This is environmentally a catastrophe, but also pretty bad for our health. So i am looking for alternatives. So far i found cocos and latex, cotton, short staple polyester fibers (possibly not so good either) and i am also considering -good old- wool.
However, all these materials are not so good at restoring their original shape. If anybody has a proposal, i would be very happy.
