NBR: Caramel Sauce
Does anyone have a good caramel sauce recipe? I know caramel can go south really fast. I made a salted caramel sauce a month or so ago. It was really good, but just had a hint of burnt sugar taste. I know you have to be quick with it, but I don't know how I could have been any quicker! Pinterest has a ton of ideas that look great, but I wouldn't mind getting a recipe from someone who's actually made it an can attest to it's deliciousness.
