Re: What does GP think about this?

  • I think it's great. I think they should spend more, actually.
  • I didn't read it all because I'm not sure I trust the blog and I don't know where the "stats" are from. Some of the ads scattered around the post seem a bit wacky.

This may be an UO, but I think that a majority of politicians, be they Canadian, American, or whatever, are in politics for the right reasons, work hard, and work a lot.  I think there are a few bad apples that make a bad name for the rest of them.

  • My UO: I think these posts with "what does GP think" title containing random internet articles with questionable credibility need to go. Or condensed to one thread a week of "interesting links I found this week". Otherwise, keep this pot stirring stuff on FB or Reddit where it belongs.

Or you could just not read/comment if you don't like it. I don't think we need to ban any topics.

  • I gotta say - all I read was the headline. I figure, the senate represents our country. Our country should look good. Therefore, millions on hair care is essential.

Nope sorry @nfp147. Nothing but clicks polls and baby related info from here on out. Any kind of debate or people disagreeing is too much stirring the pot for these parts. Thinking only gets us in trouble! (Just to clarify, that ^ is dripping with sarcasm)
Don't get me wrong, I don't want everything here to be strictly GPR. I think well-researched articles with sound data and/or sources are fine. Even better if it's not a spammy looking site.

But I do know mine is an UO. @nfp147 is right, it's easy enough to ignore :)
