I'm under the crappy APPR teacher evaluation system here in NY. About 2 weeks ago I received all of my domain 4 (end of the year) documents back. I was just in the main office putting some things in various boxes when my new principal said she had my rating from last year. 99/100! Highly effective under the silly HEDI system. Nice to know my admins from last year, who made the process IMPOSSIBLE, still were able to give me that awesome rating!
