I'm going to be spending A LOT of time on planes.  I figure that it's just easier for me to bring a series rather than trying to pick out individual books to take with me.  I've read most of the series that have been mentioned on this board, but are there any that aren't mentioned as often that I would love?  You guys know me by now...

    The Chicagoland Vampires series is a lot of fun.  It reminds me of the Night Huntress books.  Light, steamy, and fun.  Perfect for vacation!

    Okay. This is a gamble. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the Kate Daniels series by Ilona Andrews. The catch is that the first book is boring (really boring), but once you get past it, it is OMG SO ADDICTIVE. I have done little else but read all week. And it has a super super hot guy. 

    I think you'd like it.

    I'm also wondering about Karen Marie Moning's Highlander series because I loved the Fever series so much.

    Not the same.  I've read the first two.  They're entertaining in their own right, but nothing like Fever.
