Rants: H has been working like CRAZY! He was leaving before I got up and coming back when I was going to bed. I almost forgot what he looked like!
Raves: HOWEVER! He just started a different job for the holiday season. He's working 1pm to 1am M-Th, which is a TERRIBLE shift BUT he gets every Friday, Saturday and Sunday off!
WP: Tomorrow is errands/housework day and then Sunday we're going to my cousin's baby's christening. I haven't met the baby yet, but I've seen pictures. He's adorable and I can't wait to meet him!
WP: we're going to the Bloomsburg fair tomorrow. I can't wait. I've been super good with my diet this week just so I can eat whatever looks good tomorrow and not feel so guilty.
Rants: Payroll messed up my PTO balance and docked me 12 hours of PTO when I was at a work conference. They are fixing it, but it takes 2 weeks to reflect. I don't understand how it takes 2 minutes to deduct and 2 weeks to adjust it. Grrrr.
Raves: did I mention I'm going to the fair???? Oh and H has been so good about helping with household stuff with my crazy school schedule. I got home from school last night at 10:30 and he had cleaned the bathroom, did 3 loads of laundry and ran the sweeper.
Plans: Going to the Big E tomorrow, and doing the usual errands and giving our furbaby a bath at some point.
Raves: Big E!
Rants: My work is going to be repaving the parking lots starting next week, which means I will have to drive an extra 15 minutes (and go right past my job) to go to a lot in the middle of nowhere and get shuttled to work. This is supposed to last an entire month or more... not excited AT ALL.

Nothing really. I can't believe September is almost over, but what can ya do?
Raves:
This week was full of fun. Spent a couple of evenings after work with my nephew. H came with me once, and held Gus for the first time. Melted my heart, the way he was talking to Gus, and he even picked out a bib, a onsie, and a hooded towel for Gus. Next step: diapers. haha.
Last night, H and I met for a drink after work... which was something we've been talking about doing since I got this job! Then we drove by out lot. We're about as far along in the process as you can get without being official, so that should be coming soon!
Weekend Plans:
H is going to NYC tonight, to pick his Best Man up from the airport. BM lives in Seattle, and was traveling for work, so he extended his layover, and will spend the weekend with us, before heading home on Sunday afternoon. We're super excited to see him, but wish we had more time.
Last time he was here (not including the wedding) was winter of 2011, during a crazy monster storm, so we were pretty much housebound for the 3 or 4 days he visited haha. Hopefully we'll do something this time!
I fully expect them to take some boy time, also, which will allow me to hopefully go get a pedicure!
And get some Nephew lovin, of course.
