My mother will tell you I was in kindergarten. I was infatuated with this red hair boy named Michael. We to this day are very close friends, but we never dated, I always thought of him like my brother. Funny enough I wound up marrying a red head name Michael, but not the same one.

H was my first love. We started dating when I was 17 and I decided I loved him about 6 months after we started dating. My mom says she knew he was "the one" the first time she met him.

H was not my first love, however I did know I was going to marry him the moment I met him.

I had two really close male friends who somehow along the way we started dated. One at 18, other at 24. I think that our deep friendship mixed with crazy sexual tension may of had me confused with love but to this day I still love them in a different way I love my husband just because they really made me who I am and able to love my H deeper and appreciate all I have with him.

Grade 10 I fell for the bad boy....dated of and on until I was 21 but Im a good girl so it fell apart as adults when it starts to take more then just feeling to sustain a relationship. Apparently he's still immature and has since been in jail...while I am happily married...

I met H when I was 16 and it didn't work out at first. I started dating another boy at 16 who was my first love. We dated off and on for 3 years. After we broke up, I started talking to H again but we didn't start dating until a year or so after that. Now.. here we are!

I would have to say my first real boyfriend. We were 17. We actually had gone to nursery school together, but obviously didn't remember. Once we started dating, our parents thought it was hilarious.

I wouldn't say we were on again/off again, but we broke up mid-way through my first year away at school (he had one more year left in HS). To be honest, I broke up with him, but I didn't (and still don't) have a real reason for it. I think I felt like I needed to experience college, instead of sitting around, waiting for my phone to ring, or a letter to arrive (the days before cell phones, and at the beginning stages of email).

Years later, I found out he definitely still cared about me, and I definitely still cared about him, and we both found ourselves back in our home town. I had just gotten out of a pretty 'unhealthy' relationship, and knew I wasn't ready for him. So after a couple of nights of fun, I told him we could only be friends, because I didn't want to hurt him, and apparently it was too late.

He's happily married, had his second baby yesterday, and I couldn't be happier. He is one of the kindest, sweetest people I have ever met, and I'm glad he found someome deserving of him.

The first time I was in love I was 19, and we dated until I was 21. I met H when I was 20 through my BF and we became friends, we hung out with the same people. We became best friends after BF and I broke up. Before I knew it I was in love with my best friend
