I've been very MIA. I'm sorry! What's going on over here?
Is anyone else active on other boards? I'm really active on The Bump. No side eyes! Hahaha. Jay and I are 33 - we're at that age. I've spent a bazillion hours learning about pregnancy and child-related stuff to feel more prepared. We've joined that dark side of "not trying / not preventing" but I'm not sure I'll ever be "zomg! BABBBBBY!!" I'm a little scurred mostly.
I was also on a Knot off-board for a time. I left there a few months ago - it wasn't for me. I do occasionally roll by The Treehouse, but it's rare.
I do see familiar faces over on The Bump from time to time (uneek, Rummy). I'm not close to anyone there like I am to you guys, though!
So - what's new?
Re: Elsewheres
I post on the Nest Book Club board, but I don't venture to the Bump. It's a scary land.

A four day a week schedule sounds like heaven, Aggie! I'd love one work day a week to catch up.

As exciting as having kids is it really is scary!! I feel like I'm in denial constantly about this second one on the way. I wouldn't change anything and can't imagine life without ds but boy oh boy
Jay has said for years that he's fine with whatever happened. It wouldn't have been ideal, but we would make it work. I was still stark-raving petrified. I still am. But, things are really well settled now with life - it's time.
My period should be here in the next few days - you better believe I'm watching like a HAWK. I want it and don't want it in equal measure. But, truthfully, I would prefer it doesn't happen the first month we stop preventing. I want some time to relax and have fun, ya know?
I also don't want to have morning sickness during Christmas and our trip to Florida.
Is your head any better with being off? Mine is in ways. In other ways, it's a bit worse. Excedrin continues to be my trusted friend.
I have started fertility awareness method but my body sucks so it will probably take 6+ months for me to get a reasonable pattern.
I haven't been off long enough to know about my head but they haven't been worse? Only time will tell if I will I have a 3 week headache in the future.
