We are having BBQ Ribs in the crockpot. It's an amazing recipe, and I'm happy that I don't have to figure something out when I get home.
I will likely have H make up some mashed potatoes and veggies to go with it. Or we have leftover macaroni salad in the fridge that we could have with it.

@brij2006 I have two bags of BBQ ribs in the freezer but I want to have corn on the cob with it and we don't have any. I might have to change our plans because we need to eat what we have.

We had spaghetti with homemade sauce & meatballs, homemade garlic knots and salads.

we were supposed to go to the IL's but that was moved to tomorrow so I think we're going to have leftovers again. which was chicken tortilla soup. but I don't think i'll have soup, I think i'll just take the chicken out and have a quesadilla!
