Need Those T&P!!
Alright guys! So my dad has had Hepatitis C for a long time. Yesterday he started a new experimental treatment to try and get rid of it. It is compared a lot to chemotherapy in the way it treats his body. His immune system is crazy supressed and he's pretty much useless and sick for 3 or 4 days after. He does it for I think 42 weeks. Well, they got the images from his CT scan today and he has a lesion on his liver and what my mom kept calling ground crystal or glass in one of his lungs.
The soonest his hospital can test these things is Saturday, but there won't be doctors to look and analyze yet. My mom has been trying to find somewhere else that can do it sooner, but they have really crappy insurance. She said the stuff she's looked up say they can be signs of cancer. :-/ Please send T&P our way, it could be a while before we hear anything! I'll keep you guys updated.
